Heading to the tropical locale of Hawaii to celebrate the holiday, the Obama family was spotted at a private vacation home on Christmas Eve (December 24).
The President’s two daughters, Malia and Sasha, looked to be enjoying themselves as they played with relatives and friends with their bodyguards standing close by.
Meanwhile, taking advantage of his downtime while on vacation, President Obama is reading up on former president Ronald Reagan, the iconic leaded of the Republican party that he will face next year.
The president "is reading a biography right now on Ronald Reagan by Lou Cannon," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs tweeted on Friday.
