The biggest asset of music in my mind is its ability to relinquish stress. I am sure you are overstressed, we all are. It is very unhealthy to live with high levels of stress, that is why I love trance music. It provides us with a necessary outlet, so we can elevate our minds temporarily and rid ourselves of our day to day stress.
